The logistics subsidiary of the largest commercial print media services company in the world, which has a facility in McCook among its five suburban Chicago locations, needed to double its space to accommodate an expansion of its distribution operations, says ML Realty Partners director of leasing Michael J. Dolan. "Given the nature of their requirements, we made this transition relatively seamless for them," he adds.
Quebecor World, Inc., also leases space in Bensenville, Elk Grove Village and Schaumburg.
