With more than 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Cantalamessa most recently served as Equity Office Properties' managing director of leasing for the Denver region. He is credited for developing creative marketing and brokerage strategies, and leading his team to complete a number of large lease transactions. Before joining Equity Office Properties in 1998, Cantalamessa helped establish Transwestern's local office. He also served as vice president of the Galbreath Co.'s Western region, responsible for the company's leasing team, and was the director ofreal estate operations for Equitable Life in New York City.
