Witkoff was represented in the various signings by GVA Williams of NJ, Parsippany, and specifically by Frank Gunsberg, executive vice president; Jim Hersh, first vice president; Doug Rowe, vice president; Tom Rapone, associate; and Janice Saxton, director. The complex consists of Fort Lee Executive Park One, a six-story, 240,000-sf building, and Executive Park Two, a nine-story, 360,000-sf asset.

In the largest signing, Alpharma has renewed its lease for 56,707 sf. The generic pharmaceutical company uses the location as its headquarters. In other signings, Perception Research, a market research firm, has extended, renewed and expanded its lease for 24,245 sf; and Hudson Crossing Surgery Center, an outpatient laser and orthopedic center, took 23,500 sf. The latter was represented by Dan Lessing of MRH.

Also, carpet and rug maker Couristan renewed its lease for 18,300 sf; Dischino & Associates, an accounting firm represented by Rachel Collier of Blue Sky, took 8,524 sf; Michelan LLC, an office suite provider repped by GVA Williams' Rowe took 7,500 sf; and OTI America, a communication technology firm repped by Rose Najarian of Masi Boyle, signed on for 4,275 sf.
