Sony BMG Extends its Lease, Expands to 93,000 SF

LYNDHURST, NJ-The music entertainment company's operations at the Gale Co.'s 210 Clay St. support its Manhattan headquarters. The 121,205-sf building is now 100% leased.

Sony BMG Music Entertainment uses the building, which is located within the Meadowlands Corporate Center, to support the company's headquarters at 550 Madison Ave. in Manhattan. The tenant, a global recorded music company, is a 50/50 joint venture between Sony and Bertelsman AG.

Sony BMG was represented in the transaction by Marc Trevisan, senior managing director for CB Richard Ellis, Saddle Brook. Terms of the signing were not disclosed.
