"The Burlington site was selected because it is perfectly situated in terms of where are students are located," says Jacqulyn Armitage, EdD, VP/director of Massachusetts campuses for University of Phoenix. "It is ideal for our commuting adult students."

One Van de Graaf is a six-story, 158,000-sf class A office building located just off Route 128. The university has designed the space to include 15 classrooms, 8 rooms to serve student groups, a student resource center and administration space. The University of Phoenix lease, combined with a 27,000-sf deal recently inked with Intranets, and other smaller deals, brings the occupancy rate to 93% for the building.

Don Campbell, executive VP at RM Bradley, represented the building's owner, Mass Mutual, while the University of Phoenix was represented by the Tampa office of the Trammell Crow Co.
