Major signed tenants expected to open in February and March include: Flagstar Bank, with 2,960 sf; Game Stop, with 1,480 sf; The Cash Store with 1,350 sf; Jimmy John's with 1,480 sf, Wireless Giant with 1,480 sf, and Great Clips, with 1,184 sf. Negotiations are underway with several other national retailers for the remaining space in the center, Broder adds. Landmark Realty is handling the leasing, while Broder & Sachse will manage the property.
