Companies like Azimuth Systems, sentitO Networks, Tatara Systems and Virtual Iron software are setting up shop, or renewing and expanding in Nagog Park, taking advantage of the lower rates now being offered by landlords for class A space. "Our portfolio of emerging companies like the expansion potential at Nagog Park, and the landlord's flexibility to accommodate their growth needs," Mark Cote, managing director at T3 Realty Associates tells GlobeSt.com. "For these companies, the deal terms and economics allow them to minimize their operational overhead, and concentrate on (their) core competency."
Azimuth Systems renewed its 13,000-sf lease at 31 Nagog Park and sentitO Networks leased 13,100-sf on the first floor at 43 Nagog Park. The lease is an expansion and relocation from the company's previous space in Westford, MA. Tatara Systems leased 11,526-sf on the third floor of 35 Nagog Park in an expansion from space at 100 Nagog Park. Virtual Iron Software, formerly Katana Technology, leased 10,188-sf at 43 Nagog Park in a lease extension and expansion.
Brian McKenzie, John Wilson, Jamey Lipscomb and Troy Coady of Richards Barry Joyce and partners represented the owner KBS Realty Advisors. KBS owns and operates eight of the 11 buildings in Nagog Park, totaling over 350,000-sf.
