Coldwell Banker Feist & Feist's John H. Adams represented the seller, the Nash Group, while the buyer was represented by Rich Van Houten of the Van Houten Group. Feist & Feist Realty Corp. recently closed other transactions accounting for a total of more than 171,000 sf in Northern and Central New Jersey.
Lease transactions were led by the 53,380 sf of high-bay crane space taken by Pedowitz Machinery Movers at 260 Evans Way, also in Branchburg. Adams represented the owner of the building, Branchburg Trade Center Associates, while Susan Luftglass of Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT spoke for the tenant.
Adams also represented Bissel Road Associates, owner of 29 County Line Rd. in Readington Township where Sew Fine Embroidery took 10,000 sf of warehouse and distribution space. The tenant was represented by Dave Chippendale of Weichert Commercial.
The remaining three leases, involving approximately 5,000 sf combined, included Todays Staffing signing on at Raritan Plaza III in Edison; Kinematica Inc. (USA) taking incubator space at the New Jersey Institute of Technology's Enterprise Development Center in Newark; and accounting firm David Landeau Associates signing on at 239 New Rd. in Parsippany.
