AGP is the amount wagered by bettors less payouts form casinos. Black Hawk's 21 casinos generated $42.4 million in AGP, down from $42.9 million in December and $42.5 million in January 2004. Cripple Creek's 19 casinos report $11.6 million in AGP in January, compared with $11.4 million in January 2004 and $11.6 million in December. Central City's five casinos recorded $6 milling in AGP in January, compared with $4.2 milling in January 2004 and $5.2 milling in December.

Black Hawk casinos accounted for 70.6% of the statewide market, followed by Cripple Creek with 19.4% and Central City with 10%. Casinos statewide paid $8.8 million in gaming tax proceeds in January.
