The facility, which was built in 1985, is located on nearly 7.3 acres at 3927 Hadjes Dr. here in Palm Beach County. In the latest transaction, Gibson represented the seller, identified as Lake Worth Gardens Community LLC, and also procured the buyer, Madison Glen Investments LLC.
Gibson says it was "an off-market transaction that represented a very strong gain for the seller in what has recently become a very hot and competitive market." The CBRE senior housing group has sold more than $1.2-billion senior housing properties and development sites nationwide, according to Gibson.
