CORE Launches Condominium Conversion

MONROE, MI– The former Lorain Point 55-unit multifamily rental complex is being converted to the Park Place of Monroe-Condominiums by Birmingham-based CORE Real Estate Services.

Park Place of Monroe-Condominiums is arranged in five buildings with 11 units in each building. Each condominium has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths along with a common laundry facility and storage units.

The conversion will consist of one building at a time, keeping the other 44 units as rentals. CORE did not offer a timeline on the projects completion.
