ECG relocated from 401 Edgewater Dr. in Wakefield. Kristen Blount of Meredith & Grew represented the owner, Mass Development/Saltonstall Building Redevelopment Corp.
Bloomberg inked a 10-year lease for 8,675 sf at 100 Summer St. The worldwide financial communications company is expanding from 5,190 sf in the site. Bloomberg will use the additional space for live broadcasting of financial news. Ryan Enright of Equity Office represented the owner, Equity Office LLC.
S/L/A/M Collaborative, an architectural, engineering and planning firm, signed a seven-year lease for 6,500 sf at 250 Summer St. It is relocating from 1050 Mass. Ave. in Cambridge. Ben Heller of Spaulding & Slye Colliers represented the owner, 250 Summer St. LP. Topper, Joe Sciolla, Rick Lowe and Michael O'Reilly of the Downtown Market Group of Cresa represented the tenants in the transactions.
