Located at the intersection of Route 40 and Bata Boulevard in Harford County, Water's Edge sits along the Bush River on the site that was once home to the Bata Shoe Manufacturing Plant. Other companies making their home at the new business park--the first building of which reached completion in 2003--are Applied Research Associates, Logistics Management Institute and SafeNet.
The terms of Regal's lease agreement with Manekin LLC, which co-developed the property with Clark Turner, have not been disclosed. The space in the new building is currently being marketed for $16.25 per sf.
