"Our business was forced to find new warehouse space unexpectedly," says David Topkins, chief executive officer of Gotham City Online. "We were able to find suitable new space in an expedited manner."
The transaction was arranged by sales associate Peter Cohen of NAI James E. Hanson Inc. "This was an important lease transaction for the company, as it needed space for its growing business needs," says Cohen, who repped the tenant.
The building, owned by the locally based Hartz Mountain Industries, is within that company's Harmon Cove Industrial Park. Gotham City Online now occupies about one-third of the facility, which currently has just over 30,000 sf of space available.
