Systinet is relocating from its former address at Five Cambridge Center in Cambridge, where it previously occupied 3,900 sf. According to its website, the company is expanding because it increased its customer base in 2004. The firm recently opened offices in France and the Netherlands. Axia is also relocating, moving its base of operations from 230 Third Ave. in Waltham. The company will move in on April 1.

The six-story, 158,000-sf One Van de Graaf has seen a flurry of leasing activity in recent months. The University of Phoenix leased more than 30,000 sf in January and Intranets took an additional 27,000 sf in February "We've retained some clients, and we'll be at 96% occupancy in a few months," Don Campbell, VP of RM Bradley, which represent the owner, tells GlobeSt.com. Chris Crooks, Dan Sullivan, and Adam Subber of Cresa Partners Boston represented both Systinet and Axia.
