Montgomery Executive Center Gets New Leasing Team

GAITHERSBURG, MD-A new real estate services firm is put in place to oversee leasing activities at Montgomery Executive Center, a 116,000-sf office facility in Montgomery County's I-270 Corridor. Property owner Glenborough Realty Trust Inc. chooses Transwestern Commercial Services for the job.

Located at 6 Montgomery Village Ave. in the I-270 Corridor in Montgomery County, Montgomery Executive Center is a six-story structure that was developed in 1980 and upgraded in 1989. Tenants in the building include RE/MAX Realty Group and Raxco Software, which maintains its corporate headquarters at the site.

Additional change is afoot at Montgomery Executive Center. Glenborough, which also manages the property, plans to submit the building to a renovation in the near future.
