The three new leases include a 49,961-sf space at 72 N. Washington Ave. in Bergenfield, NJ. Demott Avenue Corp. is the building's owner. Cooper also took 20,000 sf at Cardinal Agency Inc.'s 444 Route 46 in Fairfield, NJ; and13,664 sf at A&M Freehold Realty's 3475 Route 9 North in Freehold, NJ.
And the renewal was for the 21,000 sf of space Cooper occupies at 70 Apple St. in Tinton Falls, NJ. The signing marks the third time the company has re-upped at the location since 1994.
Steven M. Schultz, a principal of the Schultz Organization/TCN Worldwide of Woodbridge, NJ arranged all four signings, which total 104,625 sf. "Cooper Electric Supply is a long-time client of our firm," Schultz says. "We're continuing to work toward fulfilling their requirements in the region."
