The first three buildings, completed in 2002, have an average occupancy level of 83% and are home to a diverse list of tenants including Air Cartage Logistics Services Inc., MDB Painting Inc., NoVA Sports Performance, Potomac Sign World, TDS Entertainment LLC and World Gym Inc.
