The office/flex complex currently has a total of 40,000 sf of space available in sizes ranging from 33,000 sf down to 2,000 sf, according to Seamus Gilson, executive vice president of the New York City-based TMC Properties. Altogether, Central Jersey Office & Industrial Park encompasses 13 buildings totaling 250,000 sf at the intersection of routes 18 and 520 in this Monmouth County community.

"The complex has been recently renovated," Gilson says. CBRE's Suzanne Macnow, who along with the firm's Patricia Riedel is heading the effort. The duo expects to target both local and national companies, according to Macnow.

Major current tenants include newspaper publisher Asbury Park Press; Schoor DePalma, an engineering firm; Akzo Nobel, a maker of pharmaceutical, chemical and coating products; and Handex Environmental, a consulting and remediation firm. Also in the park are Hassia USA, which makes packaging machinery, and its related company, A&F Automation; and Vytran, which makes fiber optic-related products.

CB Richard Ellis has its main New Jersey office in Saddle Brook.
