The property's owner, HUB MA Realty Trust, was repped by Grubb & Ellis' Philadelphia office. Terms of the signings were not disclosed.
Voorhees Corporate Center, which total 152,738 sf, consists of 333 Laurel Oak Rd., 400 Laurel Oak Rd. and 1000 Voorhees Dr. Both of the new tenants have signed on at 1000 Voorhees Dr.
