Owned by the locally based Eastman Management Co., 354 Eisenhower Parkway is part of Eisenhower Plaza, a two-building, 160,000-sf class A office complex. The property's tenant roster is populated largely by accounting and law firms. Some 35 years old, Wiss & Co. is a regional firm focusing on audit/accounting, tax and business advisory.
