Built in 1984, Watermill is a six-story, 206,634-sf office with amenities including a full-service cafeteria and parking for 683 cars. On the tenant roster are New York Life Insurance, American Express Travel Services and Global Cos. LLC.

The three-building, 274,177-sf 130 Turner St. complex was built between 1984 and 1986. Renovations were completed in the second quarter of 2004. Saracen Development acquired the site from Archon in 2004 and it is nearly vacant. Knowledge Management will join Wachovia Securities in the site. Alexander Dauria of Spaulding & Slye Colliers tells GlobeSt.com that there has been "tons of leasing activity," at the building, with several more tenants moving in by July. He is projecting 100,000-sf of tenancy by year-end.

Chris Crooks, Dan Sullivan and Shawn McDonough of Cresa Partners Boston represented both Fieldwork Boston and Knowledge Management. Jay Nugent of Spaulding & Slye Colliers represented the 130 Turner St. owner Saracen, while New Boston Fund, owner of the Watermill Center, was self-represented.
