PHILADELPHIA-Three eastern Pennsylvania companies have added staff at the top. Gaming and hospitality specialist Peter Tyson joined locally based PKF Consulting as VP. Plymouth Meeting-based Kramont Realty Trust hired Kelly Bristow as regional property manager for its nine retail assets in southeastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Reno, NV-based DP Partners appointed Michael J. Alderman director of leasing for its growing portfolio of distribution facilities in eastern Pennsylvania.

Tyson brings 40 years of hospitality industry experience, and specifically 25 years of experience in the international gaming industry and litigation assistance, to PKF. His experience extends to all industry segments, including casinos, hotels, resorts, and stadiums. He will perform economic, disposition, acquisition and other analyses for clients and also consult on license applications, property tax appeals and litigation support and testimony.

He is the former president of Tyson Hospitality Consulting. Previously, he headed Horwath Hospitality Consulting and was COO of Smith Analytics. As a former partner of Laventhol & Horwath, Tyson managed its Philadelphia office's leisure time industries, appraisal and real estate consulting practices.

Bristow is a former regional property manager for Rockville, MD-based Federal Realty Investment Trust. She will be based in Kramont's headquarters and be responsible for property management and operations of the company's 1.3 million sf of retail space in the area surrounding Philadelphia.

Alderman will be based in Harrisburg and focused on leasing and marketing DP Partners' existing Pennsylvania properties, sourcing new investment opportunities, and working with corporate clients on build-to-suit requirements. The existing properties include the 246-acre LogistiCenter in Carlisle, which, at full build-out will include up to seven buildings totaling four million sf, and the 100-acre LogistiCenter in Allentown, which will accommodate two distribution facilities aggregating nearly 1.3 million sf. Alderman was formerly with the Camp Hill office of NAI Commercial-Industrial Realty Co.
