Utilities are in place and groundbreaking will begin immediately, with completion expected during the first quarter of 2006. Steven Wasserman, a partner in the Fort Lauderdale office of Colliers International, tells GlobeSt.com the buildings will range from 23,000 sf to 50,000 sf, and are being offered for sale at $110 per sf. At that price, the park will provide the developer with a $23.5-million sellout. Wasserman worked with Greg Thurman in Panattoni's Atlanta office in negotiating the land acquisition. He and David Wigoda, an associate in the same Colliers' office, will handle the sale of the buildings and any subsequent leasing.
