"We just ran out of space," says Bob Keleher, president of the company. "We needed to expand our office and warehouse, so we bought the building."
Located on Route 27, just off Route 109, 120 North Meadow Rd. is a two-building office warehouse facility with a 34,000-sf space connected to a 47,572-sf space by a cafeteria. The building features 18' and 24'clear heights and 25' x 40' column spacing. Keleher will occupy the smaller space and either lease or sell the larger portion as a business condominium. "We've had a few people look at it," says Keleher, "but nothing (pricewise) we're letting it go for."
Cushman & Wakefield senior directors Catherine Minnerly and J. P. Plunkett, and director J. R. McDonald represented the seller and procured the buyer.
