The partners redeveloped the historic building in 2001. Meanwhile, 12 buildings with nearly 2,000 multifamily units have been added in the surrounding Kingsbury Park redevelopment. At e-port, Bankers Life & Casualty Co., Level 3 Communications, Vertis and Goldenberg, Hehmeyer & Co. are among the office tenants at the 97-year-old property while the retail roster includes Japonais restaurant, David Barton Gym, Bockwinkel's Food Market, Motel and Kitsch'n.
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P. managing director Evan Pariser and senior managing director Mike Kavanau arranged the refinancing.
