Locally based Koehler-Kheel Realty owns National Building at 400 Northampton St. and a 5,000-sf vacant office building at 1536 Northampton St. Summit's Jessica Goffredo, exclusive agent for both, tells GlobeSt.com that the seven-story National Building is 90% leased, and the gross rental rate is $16 per sf.

The property, which has just been completely refurbished, is within walking distance of the county government center. It provides concierge service, in-house dry cleaning and a snack room. Gross rental rate for the smaller building, which is near Easton Hospital, is $15 per sf. Goffredo is targeting the medical office market.

Meanwhile, Frank T. Smith of Summit sold the 20,270 class A office building at 4647 Saucon Creek Rd. in nearby Upper Saucon Twp. to a local investor group for $3.3 million, or $162.80 per sf. Smith represented both the buyer and the seller. At the time of the sale, the building was 100% leased, and the new owner assigned management and leasing to Summit.
