$43M Buys 450 N. Roxbury

BEVERLY HILLS, CA-StarPoint Properties of Los Angeles acquires the 103,000-sf, 10-story office tower in the Golden Triangle.

The 450 N. Roxbury tower was built in 1970 and was thoroughly renovated in 1998. Its tenants include United National Bank, Brown & Woods and Hanson, Jacobson. StarPoint's plans include renovation of the building's lobby and common areas. The new owner also plans to occupy a portion of the building's penthouse for its offices in a relocation of its headquarters. StarPoint Properties, LLC is a real estate investment and operating company that focuses on multifamily buildings and commercial properties.
