The two industrial leases were in Chatsworth. In the first deal, skin and hair care products manufacturer Thibiant International Inc. has leased a 37,785-sf manufacturing/distribution facility at 9315 Oso Ave. from P & R Investment Co. in a seven-year, $2.5 million deal. The space represents an expansion within Chatsworth for Thibiant, according to Van Nuys-based Delphi Business Properties Inc.'s David Hoffberg and Jerry Scullin, who represented Thibiant. They note that the new space is across the street from the company's headquarters. The landlord was represented by Stu Leibsohn, also of Delphi.
In a three-year sublease in Chatsworth, Pipedream Products signed a $2.3million deal for a 124,518-sf building at 21350 Lassen St. that will serve asthe company's new headquarters, according to Ron Feder of Lee &Associates' LA North/Ventura office. Feder represented Pipedream, with thelandlord, former building occupant Nu-kote International Inc., representedby Bennett Robinson of CB Richard Ellis.
