Equis Corp. senior vice president Rob Salbego, who took Broker of the Year honors for office leasing from the Commercial Forum, handled negotiations for Marketing Store Worldwide, an operating division of The HAVI Group LP. On the other side, Jeff Domin of Regis handled negotiations on the 13,500-sf renewal while Jeff Shay of Equity Office Properties represented his company on the expansion.

Although terms were not disclosed, Equity Office Properties asks $16.50 per sf on a net-lease basis for space at the building at 18W140 Butterfield Rd. Vacancy is less than 10% in the 295,000-sf building, better than average in the East-West Corridor.
