In total, Cresa Partners has arranged leases totaling more than 120,000 sf for the firm. Principal James J. Scancarella an associate Blaise Bozzelli are the exclusive tenant reps. The new leases and renewals have come in multiple states, according to Scancarella.

Ajilon specializes in the staffing of accounting and finance, executive administrative support and legal professionals.
