Haden International Building Sells for $16M

AUBURN HILLS, MI-Haden International's headquarters changes hands in a sale-leaseback deal that represents a 9.33% capitalization rate for new owner Copeland Properties Five, LLC.

"Haden International is based in Oakland County, the nation's third-wealthiest, and has excellent exposure and strong occupancies within the submarket," says William O'Connor, an investment specialist with Marcus & Millichap's Detroit office. O'Connor represented the seller, Mound Investments, Ltd. He also secured the buyer, Copeland Properties Five, LLC.

Haden International is an automotive paint equipment manufacturer and supplier to the automotive industry worldwide.
