The title changes were unveiled at the firm's recent board of directors meeting. The new partners are John E. Butterworth, John A. Carroll III, Leigh L. Freudenheim and David J. Pergola.
M&G also named two new senior vice presidents. Kristin Blount is now SVP of the brokerage group and Neal J. Hurley holds the same title for development and advisory services.
Mary Kelly joins the firm after a 15-year stint as an independent consultant for clients including AEW Capital Management, Lend Lease Real Estate Investments, Inc. and the Boston Co.
