The sale transaction was arranged by Jonathan Glick, senior vice president, and Robert Bowman, vice president, of Sheldon Gross Realty, West Orange, NJ. The duo represented both the buyer and the seller.

Heinz-Glas USA is not new to the building. In 1999, while Sheldon Gross Realty served as exclusive marketing agent and property manager for 360 Hurst St., the firm secured Heinz-Glas USA as a tenant for the then-vacant asset. Negotiations for the tenant to buy the building from its landlord began last year, according to Glick. Used mostly for distribution purposes, 360 Hurst St. also has a built-out 9,000-sf office component.
