The properties are: the 286-room Embassy Suites Las Vegas; the 275-room Renaissance Asheville in Asheville, NC; the 192-room Embassy Suites Arcadia in Arcadia, CA; and the 150-room Embassy Suites in Alpharetta, GA, which is the addition to the portfolio. According to GlobeSt.com research, confirmed by a GMACCM spokesperson, the borrowers are affiliates of Santa Monica, CA-based Windsor Hospitality Group, which is a division of Windsor Capital Group. Patrick M. Nesbitt, chairman, founded Windsor Capital in 1985. Calls to a Windsor spokesperson and to Nesbitt were not returned by deadline.

In June 2004, GMACCM's hospitality division provided Nesbitt LVCC, Nesbitt Asheville Venture LLC and Arcadia Hotel Venture LP with $64.5 million in floating-rate refinancing for a three-property portfolio that allowed the borrowers to refinance two existing loans while adding a third. At that time, the Arcadia, Asheville and Las Vegas properties were cross collateralized. In the latest round of refinancing, Alpharetta Hotel Venture LP is added to the former three borrowing entities. Embassy Suites is a Hilton brand, and Renaissance is a Marriott brand.
