Northstar Commercial Sells Warehouse for $5M

COLORADO CITY, CO–Copeland Properties Six LP buys a 248,000-sf warehouse from Northstar Commercial Properties $5.35 million.

REP Commercial represented the buyer and Brad Neiman of Northstar handled the transaction in-house. David Oden of REP Commercial says this was an opportunity for the buyer because "the property has great visibility, high ceilings and the ability to be expanded by 220,000 sf."The distribution warehouse was 100% occupied at the time of the purchase. REP Commercial was formerly known as Coldwell Banker Commercial REP. The full-service firm is majority owned by Real Estate Partners Inc.
