The space became surplus when the operation was combined with Builders FirstSource's Northern New Jersey operations into 146,000 sf at 20 South Middlesex Ave. in Monroe, NJ. Located just off Route 18 and Exit 9 of the New Jersey Turnpike, the facility sits on a six-acre site.

"The placement of the Cotters Lane space on the market follows the incorporation of multiple locations into one," confirms Newmark principal Douglas Bansbach, who with associate director Robert A. Casagrande is handling the assignment. The sublease terms runs through December 2006. However, "we are pursuing several space alternatives to achieve occupancy, including both short- and long-term options," Bansbach says.
