COLORADO SPRINGS-NorthMarq taps Wall Street to refinance a 77,251-sf medical office building.

Steve Koeneke, senior director, with the assistance of Elaine Kramer,senior investment analyst of NorthMarq's Denver office, arranged thefinancing through Lehman Brothers on behalf of the borrower, Medical Centerof Colorado Springs LLC.

NorthMarq Capital Inc. is a national real estate investment bankerproviding financing for commercial real estate including office, retail,industrial, multifamily and assisted living developments. Servicing a portfolio of $26 billion on behalf of 50 institutionalinvestors, NorthMarq Capital is headquartered in Minneapolis with regionaloffices across the country.
