CB Richard Ellis' Jeffrey Dunne represented the seller, Florida Sherwood Forest, an affiliate of California-based American Capital Group, LLC. Paul Jacobs, Mike Nelson and Robert Caruso of CB Richard Ellis' Westchester/Fairfield offices procured the buyer in the off-market transaction. Camuto has since named Jacobs and Nelson exclusive leasing agents for 411 West Putnam Ave. Jacobs says that when the VCS Group takes occupancy, the property will be fully occupied.
In a statement, Camuto notes he was attracted to the building's amenities and location. The opportunity to move his firm to the building was also a plus. "With the acquisition of 411 West Putnam Ave., I have the space I need to visually enhance, operate and expand my firm in a signature location that will soon be one of Greenwich's crown jewels."
