In two other leases, Tapestry Asset Management, represented by Tom Romano of GVA Williams Buschman of Lawrenceville, NJ, signed on for 2,197 sf at 136 Main St. And Staffing Now Inc. renewed its lease for 1,710 sf at 125 Village Blvd.
Gale's Princeton Forrestal Village consists of 320,000 sf of office space, approximately 93% leased, 175,000 sf of retail/service/professional space and a 294-room Westin hotel and conference center. The 175,000-sf component was at one time all retail space, but last year Gale launched a project to reposition it with a combination of users.
