The division is now based in the Court International building on University Avenue but will move across the street to the Westgate office complex. Allina was attracted to the site by the building's flexible design, central location and convenient freeway access, say CSM officials. Allina will occupy the facility July 1. The Allina lease brings occupancy to 65% at the 98,200-sf Westgate V, which opened a year ago, and the overall occupancy at the five-building Westgate Business Park to over 92%, according to CSM officials.
