Fully Occupied Warehouse Trades for $7M

CHESAPEAKE, VA-Seventeen North Distribution Facility a 168,000-sf warehouse property finds a new owner courtesy of a recent $7.2 million transaction. The new property is fully leased and is home to the likes of Sears, Roebuck & Co. and the International Paper Co.

Relying on the assistance of Tony Weiss of real estate services firm Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield, Seventeen North LLC sold the 168,000-sf warehouse. Thalhimer had secured the likes of Sears, Roebuck & Co., which committed to a 33,600-sf space, and Sihl Inc., which is the lead tenant with 43,200 sf.

International Paper Co. makes its home in a 38,400-sf space. EGL Eagle Global Logistics LP and Select Stone International LP occupy 33,600 and 19,200 sf, respectively.
