David Pinciss with Vesper Realty Advisors in Boston tells GlobeSt.com that NTRU Cryptosystems Inc selected the property because of its location about three miles from both Interstate 495 and Route 2 along with the tenant improvements and the area's amenities. Pinciss, who would not disclose the terms of the lease, represented the tenant. The property's owner, KBS Realty Advisors, was represented by Richards Barry Joyce & Partners.

The company, which provides system security analysis along with other security solutions for several partners including Sony and Texas Instruments, moved into the building earlier this month, relocating from the same amount of space at its former facility at 5 Burlington Woods in Burlington, MA, Pinciss says. The class A office building, built in 1988 and approximately 66% occupied, has a total of 94,848 sf and numbers among its tenants Tatara Systems, a developer of service delivery platforms for communications service providers, which moved into the building earlier this year. Located in Nagog Park, a 73-acre master planned development with eight office buildings containing more than 300,000 sf, the park is also home to the Acton Mall.
