Signature Named to High Profile Office Building

GRAND RAPIDS, MI-Signature Associates has been named agent for Bridgewater Place in Grand Rapids. The 17-story, class A office building features suites ranging in size 1,000 sf to 50,000 sf.

Ellie Callander, Diane Karns and Raymond McDaniel of Signature Associates will be the leasing agents for the property. Rob Britigan, Michael Mikesell and Sheri Willis, also of Signature Associates, will be handling the on-site property management. Signature currently manages over seven million sf of property. Signature has offices in Southfield, Kalamazoo, Grand Rapids and Lansing and Toledo, OH.
