The most recent signings include the Dassault Falcon Jet subsidiary of Dassault Aviation, which leased 114,042 sf at Mack-Cali Airport in Little Ferry, NJ. The transaction consists of a renewal of 94,575 sf and an expansion of 19,467 at the 286,628-sf building.

Also, Science Applications International Corp. signed a new 45,000-sf lease at the 120,380-sf One River Centre, Building Two, in Middletown, NJ. Steve Fleming of the Staubach Co. represented the tenant, and Diane Chayes, in-house managing director of leasing, represented Mack-Cali.

In other signings, Allstate Insurance, represented by Edward DaCosta of CB Richard Ellis, renewed for 23,024 sf at Mack-Cali IV in Paramus, NJ; and Cisco Systems, represented by Lisa Kiell and Samit Chopra of Jones Lang LaSalle, signed a new lease for 20,000 sf at 1340 Campus Parkway in Wall Twp., NJ.

And in previously announced signings, Vonage leased the entire 350,000-sf office building at 23 Main St. in Holmdel, NJ; Mack-Cali acquired the building from Prudential and concurrently leased it to Vonage, which will use it as its headquarters. Finally, at Harborside Financial Center Plaza 5 in Jersey City, IXIS North America leased 71,681 sf, and HQ Global Workplaces took 22,279 sf.
