SUGAR LAND, TX-Storehouse has signed a 10-year lease for 9,000sf in Sugar Land Town Square. Scheduled to open in the thirdquarter of this year, the store will be the furniture retailer'ssixth location in the Houston metropolitan area.

"We knew we wanted to fill out the Houston area and go to SugarLand at some point, but then we saw the town center and knew wewanted to be part of it," says Lilly Golden, a vice president withHouston-based Moody Rambin Interests. Golden, Leonard Wolf and JimBlue of Madison Marquette were the tenant's reps for thetransaction. Sugar Land Town Square's owners were represented bySteve Ewbank, executive vice president of Planned CommunityDevelopers.
