One Centennial Receives $28M in Financing

PISCATAWAY, NJ-The ownership of One Centennial Plaza receives $28 million in permanent, fixed-rate financing.

Director Geoffrey Rice of LJ Melody's New York City office secured the financing for the deal with JP Morgan Chase. The firm, which has New Jersey offices in Saddle Brook, is the real estate banking division of CB Richard Ellis, also with offices in Saddle Brook.
