The one-story property has 5,000 sf of production space along with its office space. Sunhillo is a manufacturer of radar equipment for air traffic control systems. Its previous headquarters was at 344 Rt. 73 North in Berlin Borough. The property is 30 minutes from the FAA's William J. Hughes Technical Center.
