The owner of the three-building, 330,000-sf complex, PMW Associates LLC, was represented by the Garibaldi Group/Corfac International. Garibaldi president Jeffrey J. Garibaldi and senior vice president Craig C. Zurick helmed the transaction. Tetra Tech was represented by Kurt Burdack of CB Richard Ellis, Saddle Brook. Financial details of the transaction were not released.
Tetra Tech, with headquarters in Pasadena, CA, is an 8,000-employee agency for resource management, infrastructure and communications. Other tenants in the complex include Travelers, Atlantic Health Systems and Checkpoint Systems. There is 52,286 sf of space still available in the complex.
