Although terms were not disclosed, asking net lease rates for space in the industrial park at Davey and Joliet roads is $4.95 per sf. Cawley Chicago Commercial Real Estate Co. president Daniel P. Cawley, SIOR and Tom Boyle, formerly of HSA Commercial Real Estate, represented the joint venture in negotiations with Walter Murphy of Cushman & Wakefield of Illinois.

The precast and steel buildings at 11210 and 12130 Katherine's Crossing are each 201,842 sf. ECP's portion of 11210 Katherine's Crossing includes 10,080 sf of office space and 5,000 sf for training. The company is expected to move into the building this fall.

Wood Hill Crossings Business Park is expected to add 1.2 million sf of space to the I-55 Corridor industrial submarket. The joint venture partners already have built 682,956 sf in the first two phases.
